Founded by Joe Bornstein in 1974, the Law Offices of Joe Bornstein has spent 50 years doing one thing: representing injured people in Maine. From seven offices — Portland, Lewiston, Sanford, Augusta, Biddeford, Windham, and Bangor — the firm serves all sixteen Maine counties.
Over five decades it has recovered more than $750 million for 25,000-plus clients, always on a no-fee-unless-you-win basis. The team, working today alongside attorneys Ben Bornstein and Tanna Whitman, handles motor-vehicle crashes, premises liability, medical malpractice, and Maine-specific recreational injuries from skiing to snowmobiling — and will meet clients by video or at home when needed.
