The firm won the $73 million Sandy Hook settlement against gunmaker Remington — the first time a firearms company was held accountable for a mass shooting — and a nearly $1.4 billion verdict for the Sandy Hook families against Alex Jones, the largest defamation verdict in U.S. history. Third-generation trial lawyer Josh Koskoff, who led both cases, was named to the 2025 TIME 100.
