As with many things - from culture to policy - I do no believe there is a one-size-fits-all-companies approach. I have a client who objectively knows when their remote staff is productive, and other clients who would have no clue - my counsel differs on the efficacy and practicality depending on the environment. Still, the research and debate is a healthy one that should continue.
